The Nihon To Ken Hozon Kai is a wonderful organization to join. Under the leadership of the late Kentaro Yoshikawa the NTHK has helped many American sword collectors. Yoshikawa sensei was a very good and honest appraiser of the Japanese sword. During his leadership the NTHK conducted Shinsa's in the United States. Thru Yoshikawa sensei's generosity many Americans gained a wealth of knowledge that will carry on in our country. Sensei was very kind to me personally and I will miss him. I Know that to join the NTHK in Japan is a bit difficult for some, but I can offer myself as the middle man at no fee. This may be somewhat easier for some people. All I need is a US Money Order in the amount of $120.00 made out to my name. Print and fill out the application. And mail it to my address. I will do all the work from that point.
