TSUGUHIRA ÔMI NO KAMI SANDAI [AN'EI 1772 MUSASHI] SHINSHINTÔ CHÛJÔSAKU
He is called Fujita Yashirô, most of his mei kanji are inscribed in sôsho, and there also mei which are inscribed in kaisho. There are few works from the nidai, but when it reaches this generation, works become plentiful.
Here we have an exceptional sword for sale from the shin-shinto era. The sword itself has a very pleasant look and feel. The hada is very elegant, smooth, and milky looking. The hamon has good hataraki. This sword has an older classic more refined Japanese look to it. It has a beautiful curvature that looks like and old tachi. It has fumbari and is extremely well balanced for such a long sword. The length of this sword is a huge 33-3/8" long. The swords shape and curvature gives it an excellent balance and feels very light for such a long blade.

KOSHIRAI
The mounts are also very interesting. The handle is counter weighted towards the back. Giving the overall blade more weight at the handle. The tsuba is leather lacquered black. This make the tsuba very functional and light weight. All this was done apparently to give this sword an excellent balance. This is a real samurai sword made in an old style and made to be used for combat.
