NOBUTAKA HÔKI NO KAMI SANDAI [ENPÔ 1673 OWARI] SHINTÔ CHÛJÔSAKU

He was called Kawamura Sannojô Nobuteru in the beginning.  He received the title of Hôki no Kami in Kanbun Gonen (1665), and died in Hôei Yonen (1707).  Perhaps because of a remarkable demand for swords during the Kanbun years, there are many swords that he made with the help of his father Kanyû Nyûdô.  For this reason, there are gassaku mei with the nidai, and the styles are also similar.

Signature:                HÔKI NO KAMI FUJIWARA NOBUTAKA
