He is the chakushi of the shodai Tadakuni, he has many blades from around Enpô and Tenna, and as for works which have an engraving of the KIKU MON or the KANI BOTAN, katana are the majority and wakizashi are few. His style resembles that of the shodai.

There are some in which the KIKU MON or KANI BOTAN is inscribed.

This is an exceptional Tadakuni blade in a full temper. This sword has no flaws. The abundance of hataraki in the hamon is self evident from the pictures. The hada is well forged and elegant. Tadakuni is rated as a JO-SAKU smith in Fujishiro's book and is highly regarded as a fine sword smith. This is one of the most interesting Tadakuni blade that I have seen. This Tadakuni actually looks even better in hand.
