MASAHIRO HIZEN SHODAI [KAN'EI 1624 HIZEN] SHINTÔ JÔSAKU
He is the son of Yoshinobu, his common name is Sadenjirô, he was later called Yashichibei. His initial mei was MASANAGA, and he changed his mei to Masahiro in Kan'ei Ninen (1625) Jûichigatsu. He is said to have received the title of Kawachi no Daijô in the fifth year of this same era (1628). He passed away at the age of 59 on Kanbun Gonen (1665) Nigatsu Itsuka (2/5). He worked as a helper for Ômi no Daijô Tadahiro of the original house of Hashimoto. His style is an exuberant midareba, and there are ordinary suguba. There are horimono of kenmakiryû, and the majority of them were made by Munenaga. (Wazamono)
